Make this Mango Smoothie
Spicy Mango Tango Smoothie
Say hello to ginger! The combination of mango & ginger give this green smoothie a tropical flavor with the perfect amount of bite.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1-2 tablespoons ginger juice or puree
- 1/2-1 cup water (as needed, to get things moving)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.

Where can I find ginger juice? Is ginger paste an alternative? Can’t seem to find and really want to try!

You can either grate a raw chunk of ginger and press the juice from it or some natural grocery stores have ginger shots that would work too. Worse case, just add a teaspoon of dried ginger.

I love adding hemp hearts as an add in as well as Chia seeds for extra protein…..they also keep me fuller longer. This looks like a delicious recipe for a smoothie….love the addition of ginger.
