Description

Powerful vanilla smoothie loaded with superfoods, healthy fats and coffee beans for health and sustainable energy.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Medjool dates, pitted
  • 6 Coffee beans
  • 2 TB. Cacao nibs
  • 1 TB. Lucuma powder (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 TB. Seed or Nut Butter
  • 1 TB. Coconut Butter
  • 3/4 C. Unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 C. Coconut Water
  • 12 C. Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except Ice.
  2. Blend on high, until coffee beans are broken down then add ice.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
