Powerful vanilla smoothie loaded with superfoods, healthy fats and coffee beans for health and sustainable energy.
- 2 large Medjool dates, pitted
- 6 Coffee beans
- 2 TB. Cacao nibs
- 1 TB. Lucuma powder (or vanilla extract)
- 1 TB. Seed or Nut Butter
- 1 TB. Coconut Butter
- 3/4 C. Unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/4 C. Coconut Water
- 1–2 C. Ice
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients except Ice.
- Blend on high, until coffee beans are broken down then add ice.
