No Bake Bites

Only Gluten-free and Allergy-free ingredients in these easy to make, kid-approved, No Bake Bites. Perfect snacks to have packed for school lunches or car rides.



  • 1 C. Gluten-free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 C. Nut-free butter (i.e. Sunbutter)
  • 1/3 C. Liquid Sweetener (Agave, Brown Rice Syrup, Pure Maple Syrup)*
  • 1 C. Unsweetened Coconut shreds or flakes
  • 1/2 C. Ground flaxseed (Flax meal)
  • 1 TB. Chia seed
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 C. Dairy-free Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life brand or use Cocoa nibs)


  1. Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl until incorporated.
  2. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Once cool, roll into balls and enjoy. (I like to use a mini-ice cream scoop )
  4. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze.


*If you drizzle a little coconut oil in the measuring cup before using your liquid sweetener, it will pour out much easier.
