- 1 C. Gluten-free Rolled Oats
- 1/2 C. Nut-free butter (i.e. Sunbutter)
- 1/3 C. Liquid Sweetener (Agave, Brown Rice Syrup, Pure Maple Syrup)*
- 1 C. Unsweetened Coconut shreds or flakes
- 1/2 C. Ground flaxseed (Flax meal)
- 1 TB. Chia seed
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
- 1/2 C. Dairy-free Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life brand or use Cocoa nibs)
*If you drizzle a little coconut oil in the measuring cup before using your liquid sweetener, it will pour out much easier.
